XMB Garage Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to anyone who purchases hack installations through XMB Garage.

1. Each hack will have a fixed dollar amount (USD) assigned to it. The dollar amount is determined by the APPROXIMATE pre-determined time it takes to install the hack, and is determined solely at the discretion of the Management of XMB Garage. This dollar amount applies to a basic installation only and does not include any additional modifications or add-ons unless specifically stated in the hack description. Additional modifications or add-ons not specified in the basic hack description will carry an additional charge just as if it were another hack installation.

2. Each user will be required to select an Account Manager at the time of their FIRST purchase. From that point forward, the Account Manager (and no other individual) will handle all requests for that user. The user’s choice of Account Manager will usually be granted, however, Management reserves the right to select a different Account Manager solely at their discretion if the need should arise.

3.After the installation, the buyer will have 24 hours to reject the installation and have the hack un-installed by XMB Garage. XMB Garage will refund 80% of the purchase amount after un-installation is complete. After 24 hours XMB Garage rejects all responsibility for removal and refund under these terms.

4. Hacks will usually be installed within 12 - 24 hours from the time the request is submitted. If this time frame cannot be met, then your Account Manager will contact you and discuss other arrangements, which may include having another Account Manager temporarily takeover the account. Server problems can also cause time delays in which case you will be notified by the installer as to the nature of the problem

5. If you require un-installation of a hack after the 24 hours rejection period has passed the price for this will be exactly the same as the installation price. Speak to your Account Manager regarding this service.

6. PayPal is the only acceptable form of payment at this time. If you would like to make other arrangements (ie, check, money order, bank draft, etc.) let us know in the provided posting area and a representative will contact you via u2u.

7. Hack requests are fulfilled solely at the discretion of the XMB Garage Developers. XMB Garage Developers are under no obligation to accept a hack request, and the developer may, at any time, decide to deny the request even after initial acceptance. The developer will be required to give an approximate price amount for the development of the hack, and this price will include initial installation on the buyers’ site. This price is only an approximate and can change at the Developer’s discretion. After installation on the buyer’s site, the price will be reduced to include only the installation and the hack will be made available for installation on other user’s sites.

8. When purchasing hacks or subscriptions from XMBGarage, you agree that XMB Garage will be the sole provider of hacks and support for your message board. This ensures that your Account Manager knows at all times what is happening with your message board, and that no other person will overwrite, delete, or otherwise alter the content of the hacks installed by XMBGarage. This is to prevent overwriting of hacks installed by XMB Garage by yourself or another person. XMB Garage and your Account Manager will not be responsible for support of hacks not installed by XMBGarage, and there will be a fee for fixing problems caused by you or other persons altering the content of the hacks, or your files. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis by your Account Manager and XMBGarage Management. *

9. Management reserves the right to deny your account, and any hack requests or subscriptions at any time, with or without reason, as they deem necessary.

* You may opt out of this clause, however, XMBGarage and your Account Manager will not be responsible for support or other services after hack installation has been completed. The Account Manager will solely be responsible for installing requested hacks successfully.
