Once a week (usually on Sunday evenings) I go through all the forums to clean them up so they don't get all cluttered like you see on a lot of other
message board sites. One thing that I have noticed an increase of the past few months, and this is not a good thing, is that a lot of people will
leave their threads hanging by not checking back to see if there's a resolution for their problem or if they still need continued help. When new
threads come in they are marked as [In Progress]. When the problem has been fixed or taken care of the threads arethen marked as [Resolved] and moved to a resolved archive. If the thread is left 'hanging' then I mark it as [Pending] and ask if it's been resolved. [Pending] threads are left until the following Sunday
when they are then marked as [Un-Resolved] and moved to an un-resolved archive where if the user does come back to checkon it they can still reply and it can be marked as being [In Progress] again until resolved. But here over the past
few months the amount of [Un-Resolved] threads is way out of hand. So please be mindful about your problems that you
post as we are here to help you resolve them. And if the thread gets resolved outside of our help then please be courteous and let me know and post
what was done to resolve your problem so that other who may have the same or similar problem can benefit from it as well.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in this matter.
PLEASE DO NOT U2U ME FOR GENERAL SUPPORT ISSUES!!!
