their profiles that they're using this version. For right now support for XMB 1.9.8 will need to be obtained from the main xmb site.

When there is a substantial number of hacks for 1.9.8 then I will support it. I see no sense in supporting just the vanilla software when that can be
done at the main xmb site. This is afterall a hack site. And with like any other release of xmb, 1.9.5 will still be supported for some time just as
1.9.3 was supported for a time after 1.9.5 came out.

XMB 1.9.8 Final is set to be released on December 15th. It is not advisable to use 1.9.8 pre final in a live production environment as there will be
changes made until it has been finalized. If you can't wait until then then it is advised to use 1.9.5 SP1.

I now have updated 45 hacks for 1.9.8. They will not be available until 1.9.8 Final has been released. There's still about 7 weeks before that
happens. I'm sure by then I'll have considerably more updated. Hopefully enough to release when 1.9.8 Final is released or real soon thereafter. I
don't want to get too far ahead in case there are some radical code changes which might affect the hacks.
On a related note - XMBG will be updating all the hacks available here. We will not be relying on any other sites or developers. This way I don't
have to keep scouring other sites and waiting on them, or waiting on other developers, to get updated hacks. I think doing it this way will get more
hacks out the door and to the public much faster than having to rely on other means of obtaining hacks.
If there are any developers out there that want to help and will be serious in getting the hacks updated then please let me know.

Support for XMB 1.9.8 Final SP1 is now open. Board installs and upgrades are also available. I hope to have some hacks ready come this weekend. I had
about 45 or 50 ready to go but since XMB released the service pack SP1 those hacks have to be gone over again due to any changes that could impact the
hacks. So right now I have about 23 and I'd like to have a bit more. So I will work on some more updating this week and will release what I have
ready this Saturday (1/5). There have been new forums created for 1.9.8 support and are set up just like the ones for 1.9.5. I will continue to
support 1.9.5/1.9.5 SP1/1.9.6 SP1 for an indefinite period of time.
