How NOT to submit an installation request

Well I thought I had seen it all. But this takes the cake. I have received a request for the Shop and two of its addons to be installed. However, the user has no ftp access, has no hosting access and has no forum url.

No Bad Bob is our request system. All requests are posted by him. "He" doesnt actually exist. The requester is listed on the request info. Thats about the only info we did get out of this one.

When you sign up for web hosting you should of been given ftp details.

These are used for uploading/downloading files from your server.

Do you have cPanel? (Access to your hosting account)
