Thanks for the help, but I am now getting this message when I went and tried to make a new request though I previously was unable to request a hack:

Apparently at one time you had submitted a request and there was a problem that you were notified about and didn't reply back to in a timely manner. In cases like this I only hold requests for 3 days and then they're deleted. I have cleared you account now so you should be able to submit your request.

That is odd that another user is an authorized requester, as I thought only I could make requests under my account. I share a computer with my girlfriend and we both have our own seperate sites, though she purchased the domain on my behalf since a credit card was required. That is the only thing I can think of that would cross reference us other than the same IP address. What can be done to resolve this? Any ideas are appreciated.

I just tried a series of combinations on the request list because I wanted to yank a copy of Portal v4 to help support someone, and it appears that no matter what version I have speced in my profile, be it 1.9.8 SP2, SP1, Pre-Final, Other, or None...that doesn't seem to have any merrit.

Jim, is there some kinda flop in the updating of the system I don't know about, or did the Pepsi I just drink go bad?

It's probably because you don't have any version selected in your profile. This is a required field. And if you choose an unsupported version then you will receive the error. Supported versions are 1.9.5 SP1, 1.9.6 SP1 and 1.9.8 SP2.

Im having issues downloading as well. I use 1.9.5 SP1 and its in my profile but im getting this error

Yeah I know. Bear with me as I'm working on the system trying to get it to accept 1.9.8 SP2 as well. But since I don't have the coding skills necessary to do this I'm just trying things by trial and error. When, and if, I get it figured out I'll let you know.
