[Resolved] I need help.

I'd really like to get my board upgraded since Maluta said he couldn't do my hacks since the coding was messed up on my boards already.. but, i've been trying to contact who he told me to and with no reply it's been about 2-3 days and i'd really like the upgrade done sometime today so I can start on things tomorrow.. I dont mean to be a pain I'd do it myself if I could. :/ but this is the message i'm getting:
